m. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s day, school holidays, or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country unless stated otherwise.
n. Winners will be required to (i) sign & complete a “winner information & prize acceptance form” and (ii) submit copies of their passports in order to enable the Promoter’s supplier / service provider to book the Prize trip.
o. Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner information & prize acceptance form unless stated otherwise.
p. Winner will be required to submit 3 preferred departure dates at least 1 calendar month apart.
11. Prize must be taken within 12 months of winning unless specified otherwise
a. Winners under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
b. Winners must be in possession of a valid 5-year passport and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the Prize. All entry visas, ESTA forms, and/or travel documents are the sole responsibility of the winner including visa costs if applicable. DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd. Does not arrange entry visas.
c. All Winners will receive confirmation that they have won a prize via e-mail and by phone (providing a contact number has been provided) within three days of the competition being finished.
d. Personal Information about Winners will be shared with initiator of Prize and their agents to the extent necessary for Prize to be delivered to the Winners.
e. Winners must provide a copy of their passports to ensure names are spelled correctly and validity of their passports.
f. Winners must give at least 60 days' notice prior to their requested departure date.
g. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable (due to force majeure or prize not being suitable for the winners, etc) DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd. reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
h. The Prize cannot be taken….The dates of travel are subject to availability and blackout dates will apply unless specifically pre-arranged prior to the competition being run. Blackout dates include peak Christmas (December 10 to January 5 annually) and may include peak August.
i. The Winners must go within 12 months of winning the Prize. Winners will be requested to provide three separate dates of preferred travel and DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd. Will work towards fulfilling at least one of Winner's preferred date of travel. Winners who do not travel within 12 months will become null and void and no longer entitled to their grand prize
j. Unless otherwise stated in the package, all other costs in accepting the Prize including meals and spending money are the responsibility of Winner.
k. Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those travelling are not changeable without incurring extra fees and may not be possible if a non-refundable or non-changeable ticket has been purchased.
l. Winners must sign a legal acceptance form provided by DJP Marketing & Promotions Ltd. prior to departure as standard procedure.Nothing in the Prize travel package authorises any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Disney”) name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with the Prize or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of the Prize in association with Disney's name or Disney-owned intellectual property.
m. The Walt Disney Company, Lucasfilm Ltd. and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the Offer, Prize administration or execution of the Prize, Offer.

12. If you return your Qualified Device because of a change of mind, your Entry will be invalidated, and you will not be entitled to enter into the Dumbo Sri Lanka Elephant Adventure prize draw for the chance to win the Prize. This does not affect your rights to return the Qualifying Device because it is faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted whether due to technical difficulties affecting electronic communication or any other reason.
15. Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer and promotion at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the consumer in order to avoid disappointment.
16. The Prize cannot be exchanged and there is no cash or other reward available, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
17. You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Offer (including without limitation the purchase of a Qualified Device), including accessing the internet if applicable. Costs to participate in the draw via the internet may vary so please check with your local service provider for current charges.
18. Any personal information, including, without limitation, your name, age, address (including postcode), mobile phone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this Offer and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of this Offer. The Sony Privacy Notice displayed at www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/ under "Privacy" applies to any processing of data performed in connection herewith.
19. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failed connection by your attempt to access the website required for this entry for whatever reason.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies, services providers and suppliers will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Offer and promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law (whichever is greater).
21. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
