April 2015 offers on Pay as you go

What is it?
We're offering some of our Pay as you go customers some fantastic offers including discounts off new smartphones, free Vodafone Freedom Freebees and, for some lucky customers, even free smartphones.

How can I get it?
As one of our Pay as you go customers you can get our promotional messages, unless you've told us you don't want to receive them. As our promotional messages are sent to selected Pay as you go customers, you could get one at any time.

Am I eligible?
Only those of our Pay as you go customers that receive the promotional message from Vodafone will be eligible for the offer.

To redeem the offer you need live in the UK and must be at least 16 years old. If you're under 16 you must have a parent or guardian with you when you redeem the offer in store.

What does the promotional message contain?
It'll tell you:

  • What the offer is
  • When the offer ends
  • What you need to do to redeem it

How do I redeem the offer?
For each offer you'll have to send a free text to the number shown in your original promotional message to claim your unique code, which you'll need to show to one of our advisers in store to redeem your offer.

You'll get further details about how to redeem the offer in the promotional message, this could include:

  • Buying one of our Vodafone Freedom Freebees
  • Buying a new smartphone

We'll let you know how long you've got to redeem the offer in store in the promotional message.

How long will it take to receive my unique code?
Once you've followed the instructions in the message, your unique code will usually appear within 15 minutes, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours.

Is there anything else I need to know about the promotion and offer?
Only eligible Pay as you go customers can respond to the promotional messages as they're non-transferable and can only be used by the customer they were issued to.

We may amend, cancel or end this promotion at any time. If we do, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
