Important information for Pay as you go customers

We've become aware of an issue affecting a very small number of Pay as you go customers since December 2013.

If a Pay as you go phone isn't used for 270 consecutive days, it is disconnected. Top ups to a small number of phones that were awaiting disconnection failed. This meant that if you hadn't used your phone for 270 consecutive days and tried to top up through an ATM, by swipe card or Direct Debit, your attempt to top up would have been unsuccessful.
