30 Days Unlimited Data Offer (7 May to 11 May 2020)

Terms and conditions

Terms & Conditions for free access to unlimited data for 30 days to our existing customers:

  1. Offer Detail: Vodafone will be offering new and upgrading pay monthly customers unlimited data for 30 days (the offer), starting from the 7th May at 22:00 and ending on the 11th May at 21:59.
  2. The free 30 days unlimited data will be applied to the first 30 days of your pay monthly contract.
  3. This offer is redeemable with online purchases on www.vodafone.co.uk only.
  4. The offer is available to the first eligible 500,000 customers who claim by entering the ‘FREEMYDATA’ code in the basket during the payment process when purchasing online.
  5. Once the offer is validated, the extra data will be added to your Vodafone account within 7 working days. You will receive a text to confirm when your data has been added. Once you data has been added, you will have 30 days from the date of receiving the data to use it.
  6. By accepting this offer, you are also accepting the Pay Monthly Airtime Agreement and Charges guide.
  7. Please note:
    1. The offer can only be claimed once per person.
    2. If you upgrade or change your plan during the offer, your unlimited data will end and the allowance of your new plan will start.
    3. In our inclusive Europe zone destinations, a 25GB fair use policy will apply to the unlimited data. This means you cannot use more than 25GB of data in a 30 days period whilst you are roaming in our inclusive Europe zone destinations. Full list of destinations
    4. The unlimited data must be used in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy
    5. All Pay as you go customers and Pay monthly customers who are already on an Unlimited data tariff cannot benefit from this offer.
    6. If you already on an Unlimited tariff, you are not eligible for a discount or credit instead of this offer
    7. We do not allow you to transfer this offer to someone else and we will not give you cash instead.
  8. Sorry but you can’t enter the offer if: you don’t live in the UK and/or you’re under 13 years old – if you’re aged between 13 and 18 you must have permission to claim this offer from a parent or guardian.
  9. No cash alternatives will be available. The Offer cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer.
  10. We won’t send you marketing unless you have agreed to this, personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  11. Whilst we will try and fulfil our obligations to run the offer smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to verify the validity of applicants for the offer and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or do not comply with these terms.
  12. By entering the offer you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
  13. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel an offer at any time. If we do so, we will give you 30 days’ notice.
