Here you can find useful information about the prize draw including how to enter, the prize, and how it will be run.

How to enter

1. The prize draw will open at 00:01 on 06 August 2018 and will close at 15:00 on 13 September 2018.
2. To enter you must be a Pay monthly or Pay as you go Vodafone consumer customer, or an eligible small business customer and have downloaded and installed the My Vodafone app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Only customers with a device operating system that is compatible with My Vodafone app version 6.3 or later are eligible to enter.
3. To enter, you must go to the main menu in the My Vodafone app and choose Hook-a-prize
4. Using this method, one entry can be submitted per Vodafone mobile number. Duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.
5. Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:

• You’re a Vodafone employee (or you have a 60% or 80% Vodafone employee discount applied to your phone number)
• You don’t live in the UK
• You’re under 18 years old
• You don’t have an eligible device to download and install the My Vodafone app

Winner and Prize

There are 280 prizes to be won:
6. The 280 winners will be selected at random, from all eligible entries.

Prizes for both Pay as you go and Pay month participants:
7. The first 20 winners drawn will be allocated the first prizes of the phones; we will contact the 20 first prize winners on the Vodafone phone number held on your account. If we don't receive a response from you within seven days, we will pick another winner. If any of the first 20 prize winners are unable to accept the prize, new winners will be drawn until the phones have been accepted.
8. If any prize is not available for any reason we will replace it with a prize of equivalent value, no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Please note: the prizes will apply to the Vodafone mobile number that entered the prize draw only. If you have multiple mobile numbers on your account, it’s only the winning mobile number that will be eligible for the prize.
10. All winners will be responsible for any out-of-plan charges which are not included in the monthly allowance of either a Pay as you go Big Value Bundle or in a Pay monthly price plan. For example, winners will be responsible for out-of-plan charges such as, but not limited to, premium rate calls, international calls and picture messages.
11. We make no representation or warranty in relation to the prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise.

Vodafone.co.uk voucher terms

12. Winners will receive a unique voucher code by text, simply enter it at www.vodafone.co.uk/shop using the Promotional code box on the shopping basket page.
13. The Voucher can only be used online at www.vodafone.co.uk/shop to pay in full or as part payment towards accessories or Pay as you go mobile devices - when purchased together with a Big Value Bundle or Pay as you go 1 plan.
14. Sorry, this Voucher can’t be used for TopUp, Big Value Bundles, Pay monthly phones and plans, data dongles, iPads or tablets.
15. Voucher can’t be used for in-store purchases.
16. We’ll not give you change for the balance on the voucher or exchange the voucher for cash – so please make sure you use all of your voucher credit in one transaction.
17. You can only use one voucher per transaction.
18. Voucher must be used before the expiry date shown in your confirmation text.

Publicity and content

19. We’ll use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win.
20. You can find out more about how we use your information and how to opt-out of marketing in our Privacy Policy
21. We may ask you to take some photos of you and your prize and ask you to participate in any non-paid publicity or advertising we do.
22. The winners’ names will be included in future Vodafone newsletters. For the winners’ names please send a SAE to Consumer CVM team: Hook-a-prize, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN by 13 September 2018.
23. Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
24. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
25. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
