Free Vodafone Smart VR offer (June 2016)

1. Customers who purchase a Vodafone Smart platinum 7 on a 12- or 24-month Pay monthly agreement or purchase a Vodafone Smart platinum 7 on Pay as you go with a Big Value Bundle (“Eligible Phone and plan”) will also receive a free Vodafone Smart VR (the “Offer”).
2. Only orders made directly with Vodafone, online, in store or by telephone will be eligible for the Offer.
3. The Offer will be available from 20 June 2016 while stock lasts.
4. The Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years of age or older and is subject to:
   • accepting our Pay as you go airtime conditions; or
   • passing our credit check, and accepting our Pay monthly airtime conditions and Privacy policy.
5. The Offer is available to new customers (including transfers from other networks) and existing customers who are eligible to upgrade.
6. Business customers are not eligible for this offer. However, small business customers (with 1-5 numbers on their account) will be eligible for the offer if they have purchased an Eligible Phone and plan.
7. The Offer is subject to availability and while stocks last.
8. If for any reason the Vodafone Smart VR is unavailable, we won’t be able to provide an alternative gift. There won’t be any cash alternative.
9. The Vodafone Smart VR will be dispatched and delivered at the same time as the device.
10. We reserve the right to withdraw this Offer at any time without cause and will endeavour to notify customers if this Offer is withdrawn.
