Switcher Credit Offer (from 14 March 2024)

What's the Offer?

When you switch to Vodafone's Full Fibre 900 home broadband, we'll cover your early termination charges from your previous provider, up to a maximum of £100.


To qualify for this offer, you must:

  • Be a new Vodafone customer who signs up for a Vodafone Full Fibre 900 plan.
  • Currently have a contract with another UK broadband provider.
  • Have been charged an early termination or cancellation fee by your previous provider to leave your contract early (this does not include standard monthly fees or outstanding charges).

Important Note: This offer is only available if you purchase your plan directly from Vodafone, online, in-store or over the phone. Purchases made through a third-party (e.g., Currys, Quidco, TopCashback) are not eligible for this Offer.

How to Claim Your Credit

  1. Provide Proof of Charges: You must provide a copy of your bill from your previous provider that clearly shows the early termination or cancellation fees you were charged. We'll ask you to upload this evidence after you have ordered a Vodafone Full Fibre 900 plan.
  2. Claim Deadline: You must submit your claim within 60 days of your Vodafone home broadband service being activated.
  3. Credit Application: Once we've reviewed and processed your request, we'll apply the credit (up to £100) to your Vodafone account within 30 days.

Additional Notes:

  • This offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Your Vodafone Home Broadband service is subject to the standard terms of service which can be found at vodafone.co.uk/broadband
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
