If you’re having a new phone line installed:
We’re looking forward to getting you connected with the world.
Your engineer will come and set everything up, in the timeslot arranged, on the date you selected.
Timeslots are 8am – 1pm, or 1pm – 6pm. You’ll find a confirmation of this date in your service confirmation letter and email.
Someone over the age of 18 will need to be in to let the engineer in – they’ll be happy to prove their identity by showing you official ID.
If you have any doubts, you can talk to us – and we’ll verify your engineer’s location
I’ve already got a working phone line:
If you have an existing broadband connection, it’ll stop working on your activation date.
On this date, you’ll need to plug in your Vodafone Broadband router. Follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide
Your service will be live from midnight the day before your activation date.
My phone line isn’t currently active
If your phone line isn’t currently active, you’ll need to plug in your Vodafone Broadband router before 8am on your activation day. Follow the instructions in our Quick Start Guide
We’ll reconnect it, and your broadband service will be live before midnight on your activation day.
