Superfast 1 Home Broadband and SIM only plans

Lines open seven days a week, 8am to 8pm, except bank holidays. £60 for new-line installation, and router delivery (£9.99) charges may apply. 18-month agreement. Subject to credit check, acceptance and availability in your area – check your broadband speed and availability. Vodafone Broadband app for Android or iOS and a compatible Android or iOS device is required for full functionality.

Payment by direct debit required. Speeds referred to are the maximum download and upload speeds which may vary significantly by location, and which are dependent on equipment meeting the minimum specifications of 25Mbps, being fully functional and working at full speed.

Broadband speed guarantee

New and upgrading Fibre customers only. If your sync speed is below the speed guarantee stated, you may be able to claim a discount. Claims must be made through the Vodafone Broadband app. If sync speeds cannot be achieved, a discount will be applied to your monthly price plan until we can get it fixed. Your Vodafone router must be plugged in and switched on for sync speed to be captured. Terms apply, check our broadband homepage for details.

Home Broadband and SIM only plan savings claim

Vodafone’s Home Broadband Superfast 1 (up to 38Mbps), SIM only plan that offers 20GB, Unlimited Minutes and texts, £30 a month (plus £9.99 upfront cost). Savings were calculated over an 18-month period.

SIM only

12-month minimum term agreement, credit check and terms apply. Your plan price will increase every April by an amount equal to the RPI rate published in March of that year. This rate will be published on our RPI page. SIMO 8GB offer ends 15 July 2018.

UK data, minutes and texts can be used for calling standard mobiles and landlines (UK: 01, 02, 03), sending standard texts and using data in the UK and our 50 Roam-free destinations. A one-minute minimum call charge applies for calling non-standard numbers or using UK data, minutes and texts outside of the UK or our 50 Roam-free destinations.
