Double Data (1 July to 30 September 2019)

Double Data on Pay as you go

 

1. You can receive Double Data only if you are:

a) a new customer and purchase a £10, £20, or £30 Big Value Bundle and activate the SIM; or
b) an existing Pay as you go customer and you renew your £10, £20 or £30 Big Value Bundle and text the keyword ('DOUBLEDATA') to ('49500'); between 00:00am on 1 July 2019 and 23.59pm on 30 September 2019 (the 'Promotional Period').

2. The extra data will be added automatically within 24 hours from when:

a) you opt-in and renew your £10, £20 or £30 Big Value Bundle, if you are an existing customer; or
b) you activate the SIM if you are a new customer and have purchased a £10, £20 or £30 Big Value Bundle.

3. The extra data amount will reflect the Big Value Bundle you purchased in month one of the promotion. If you choose a different Big Value Bundle in months two or three, your extra data allowance will not reflect this.

4. You will continue to receive double data on your second and third Big Value Bundles only if your Big Value Bundle renews automatically on day 30 at the end of your first and second bundles. If you renew your Big Value Bundle after day 30 you will no longer be eligible for double data on your next Big Value Bundle. If you do this and try to opt back in to the promotion it will not work.

However, if you choose to renew your Big Value Bundle early, your extra data allowance will be refreshed in line with your Big Value Bundle, which will indicate the start of your next double data bundle.

5. The double data is only available with standard £10/20/30 Big Value Bundles:

a) £10 Big Value Bundle customers will receive 3GB of extra data
b) £20 Big Value Bundle customers will receive 10GB of extra data
c) £30 Big Value Bundle customers will receive 20GB of extra data

6. You will receive an SMS message confirming that the additional data has been added to your account.

7. You will have until the end of your Big Value Bundle to use your extra data from the date it was added to your account. Any remaining data of this extra data will not roll over to the next month when your £10, £20 or £30 Big Value Bundle renews, or if you choose to renew your Big Value Bundle early. Total Rollover still applies to your non-promotional allowances of data, minutes and texts included in your Big Value Bundle.

8. You can only benefit from the double data offer once. If you attempt to add it to your account after already having benefitted from it, it will not work.

9. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

10. You must be a resident in the UK to take advantage of this offer.

11. You will be able to use your extra data allowance in our Europe Zone destinations, at no extra cost.

12. The extra data has no cash value and no alternative is available.
