Replacement SIM cards

If your phone has been lost or stolen, or you need a different size or type of SIM – you'll need to order a new SIM. When it arrives, you'll need to activate the replacement.

If you're an enterprise customer, please use Vodafone Corporate Online

To order a replacement SIM, chat to an adviser.

The chat will take around 10 minutes.

Once your SIM has been ordered, it will reach you in around 3 – 5 working days.

If it's quicker, you can also get your new SIM in a Vodafone store
