Treat yourself and upgrade early
When you’ve got your eye on the latest smartphone, or your old phone is ready to be replaced before the end of your agreement, you don’t want to wait. That’s why we let you upgrade early and at no extra cost, depending on your bundle.
- Red or Red Value Bundle – upgrade up to 60 days early
- All other Bundles – upgrade up to 30 days early
- 12 month SIM only bundle – upgrade after 3 months

We’ll transfer your content
When you get a new phone, we know you want to be up and running with the basics as soon as possible. That’s why we developed RED Box, which can quickly transfer your content to your new device.
Visit your nearest store and we’ll use Vodafone RED Box to transfer your contacts from your old to your new device. And if you have a Red or Red Value Bundle, we’ll transfer your photos, music and videos too.
Phone not working? We’ll lend you one

Sometimes, we may need to send your phone for repair. If you bought it from us, we'll lend you a courtesy phone while yours is being fixed (subject to availability) – so you can stay connected to the people and things that matter.
