If your connection isn't as fast as you expect, you can use the Vodafone Broadband app to test your speed. You might also be able to get money off your bill until problem is sorted.
How to check your speed
Follow the simple steps below to check your speed using the Vodafone Broadband app. If you're still having problems after doing this, please help us by answering a few more questions at the bottom of the page.
Download the Vodafone Broadband app (iOS/Android), then open and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your router.
Your speed will be displayed in the app dashboard under 'Sync speed' – that’s the speed of the connection to your hub.
Tap the ‘Sync speed’ tile. Then, if your sync speed is lower than your guaranteed minimum speed, hit ‘Claim now’ for 15% off your bill.
You’ll continue to get 15% off your monthly bill until we fix things.
Please note: We measure the speed from our broadband network to your router, as this is the speed we're able to fix. If your speed falls below our guaranteed speeds (25Mbps for Superfast 1 customers and 55Mbps for Superfast 2 customers), you may be able to get money off your bill until it's fixed.
