Change your name or title

If we no longer have your correct name or title, the easiest way to let us know is by using this form. Once you're done, we'll start the correction process. We'll aim to make the change as soon as possible.

When you've hit "Submit", we'll take it from there. You'll get a confirmation email, and if we need any more information we'll be in touch.

We also support your application for your Gender Recognition Certificate, if you need one, through our Living As Me scheme.
