To get a PAC for your number, text PAC + your Vodafone account PIN – for example, PAC 1234 – to 65075.
You can also request a PAC by logging into My Vodafone and heading to Account settings > Mobile switching.

Please upload a clear scan or photograph of a purchase order, it must meet all of the conditions listed:
  • Dated within the last 7 days
  • Printed on company headed paper (LTD companies and Partnerships only)
  • Include your company contact. For example, the address, website, and contact numbers must match the details on the account
  • Include your company registration and VAT number (for LTD companies)
  • Addressed to Vodafone
  • Detail the number of connections and type of equipment being supplied
  • Manually signed

  • This can include a utility bill, council tax bill, bill for another airtime provider (not Vodafone), tenancy agreement,
  • or debit card statement, bank or building society statement
  • It must be addressed to the business
  • It must show the current business address
  • It must be dated within the last three months
