Your welcome pack
We've sent you full details of your plan. If you haven't got your welcome pack yet, give us a call free on 191 from a Vodafone mobile.
Your first bill usually takes up to 14 days to arrive. You might find it's a little higher than you're expecting – but that's because it includes:
- Your line rental from the day you joined us
- Next month's line rental in advance
- Any call or data charges that aren't included in your plan
After that, your bills will only cover one month's line rental and usage.
If you've set up a new account, you can see your bills online. We'll text or email you every month to let you know your latest bill's ready.
If you've added another line to an existing account, you'll get your bill in the same way as you do at the moment.
Register for My Vodafone and it's easy to keep an eye on your costs, make payments, add extra services and much more.
If you want to get your bills on paper or need a copy for your expenses, you can print out a copy by going to My Vodafone.
When you sign up for online billing you get your itemised bills free of charge. Please note that if you want itemised paper bills, they cost £1.54 a month. To receive these, text ITEMISED to 97888.
If you want, we can also provide your bill information in Braille, large print or on audio CD. Please call 03333 043 222 (standard call charges apply) to let us know which format you need.

Pay monthly extras save you money when you call, text or use the data on your phone.
These packs are a great-value way for you to browse the web and check your email on the go. Sign up for a pack and you can visit your favourite websites on your phone without worrying about the cost. Remember, if you can’t get your phone to connect to the web, just look for your make and model in Support.
If you text a lot, these packs will save you pounds. The bigger the pack, the less you pay for each text.

All our Pay monthly plans come with Vodafone Global Roaming, which lets you use your UK data, minutes and texts in our 40 Roam-free destinations at no extra cost. And it’s just £5 a day to use your UK allowances in our 60 Roam-further destinations.
Do you have friends or family overseas? Here’s a clever way to cut the cost of calling abroad from the UK. For just £5 a month extra you can make calls for as little as 5p a minute.

- 1GB a month of BT Openzone WiFi access - to help you get online easily on the go
- 100 UK picture messages
- 100 text messages to mobiles overseas
- A pack that gives you 300 minutes to call any number starting with 0800, 0845 and 0870 in the UK
- A pack that gives you unlimited calls to Vodafone UK mobiles, plus 1,000 minutes for calling UK landlines starting 01, 02 and 03

Some of our mobile content is just for over 18s – like gambling and dating services. If you can’t get something you want, log in to My Vodafone, confirm your age and change your content control settings.
