Give us the PAC
To get a PAC from your old provider - text PAC to 65075 while you're still with them. You may need to provide extra information such as an account PIN - check with your provider.
We'll give you a new number when you get a plan with us. Then when you give us your PAC, we'll replace the new number with the one you want to keep.
You might lose service for around twenty minutes and you may also need to turn your mobile on and off to complete the process.
How long will it take to move my number?
We'll start working on your request as soon as you submit the form, or the next working day if you submitted it on a weekend or bank holiday.
Find the date you completed the form by checking when you received your confirmation email.
Join Vodafone
We aim to move your number within two working days (Monday to Friday) as long as we receive your form before 4pm.
Move from a Pay monthly plan to Pay as you go
We'll move your number 30 days after you've submitted the form. This will be 30 days after the date you received your confirmation email.
Move from Pay as you go to a Pay monthly plan
We aim to move your number the next working day (Monday to Friday), as long as we receive your request by 4pm.
