This will depend on the day and time you send your form.
If you sent your form before 5pm (Monday to Friday):
You can expect your number to be transferred the next working day. The transfer usually happens between 11am and 5pm, but sometimes can take until midnight.
If you sent your form after 5pm or over the weekend:
You can expect your number to be moved within two working days.
For example, if you submit it on a Saturday, your number will move across on the Tuesday. This transfer usually happens between 11am and 5pm, but sometimes can take until midnight.
Please note: Bank Holidays are not working days so your request may take longer to complete.
You can transfer up to 25 mobile numbers at a time to our network. Please get in touch with your account manager to find out more.

When you move your number to us, you may need to update a few settings on your phone to make sure that it’s all set up for the number you want to use.

If you’re joining us on SIM only from another network and want to keep your current phone, you’ll need a Network Unlock Code (NUC).
To request your NUC from your old provider you’ll need to call them. Contact details can be found on their website through the following links:
