This will depend on the day and time you send your form.
If you sent your form before 5pm (Monday to Friday):
You can expect your number to be moved the next working day.
If you sent your form after 5pm or over the weekend:
You can expect your number to be moved within two working days.
For example, if you submit it on a Saturday, your number will move across on the Tuesday.
Please note: Bank Holidays are not working days so your request may take longer to complete.

If you’re joining us on SIM only from another network and want to keep your current phone, you’ll need a Network Unlock Code (NUC).
