Redeeming a free gift?

If you require proof of purchase in order to redeem a gift, you do not need to complete the form below. Instead, please follow the below steps depending upon how you purchased your new Vodafone device;

(a) If you purchased online or in a retail store, please provide the manufacturer with a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email that we have sent you.

(b) If you purchased over the phone, please provide the manufacturer with a screenshot of your order confirmation email that we have sent you, making sure that the date you received the email is clearly visible on the image when you upload this.

Please note: If you cannot find your order confirmation email please double check your junk and deleted items folder in your inbox.


Making an insurance claim?

If you are making an insurance claim and require proof of purchase, usage or proof that you have blacklisted your device as part of your claim, please complete the form below. You will receive the requested documentation within approximately 3 working days.

Remember: If you didn't buy your device directly from us, we can't give you proof of purchase, but we can give you proof of usage, barring or contract.
