To help verify your identity, please upload a single scan or photo of the documents requested. These may include:

  • Photo ID (driving licence / passport)
  • A utility bill dated within the last three months. This can be a
    • Council tax bill
    • Water / gas / electricity bill
    • Fixed-line telephone bill
  • Your bank statement (dated within the last three months, to provide proof of your name and address as registered on your account with us)

Please note: we are unable to accept a bill from Vodafone as proof of your identity.
