Claim your broadband switching credit
If you were in a broadband contract when you switched to Vodafone, you can get an account credit of up to £200 to help cover your provider's leaving fees.

How to claim

To process your claim, you’ll need to attach a copy of your final bill from your old provider. This needs to show that you were charged leaving fees, also known as early termination charges or exit fees,

Your final bill will need to include:
  • Your address
  • The leaving fees, also known as early termination charges or exit fees, you were charged
We'll send you an email to confirm if your claim has been successful, or we might get in touch if we need any extra information.

If your claim is successful, we'll credit your Vodafone Bill - up to £200 depending on what plan you have chosen. This can take up to 30 days to show on your bill.
