Submissions are open from 00:01am on Tuesday 29th March 2022 and will close at 11:59pm on the 19th April 2022. Entries received after this closing date and time will not be valid.

1. There will be one (1) winner who will receive the following prizes:

2. A full day's access to the Vodafone Business Lounge at the Coventry Building Society Arena (CBS Arena) to host a business event (weekdays only, to be used by 31 December 2022)

2. One selected winner will receive: All of the prizes listed above. The winner will be responsible for all travel, accommodation and other related costs to attend the prize elements, which will take place at the Coventry Building Society Arena (CBS Arena).
3. To enter, you must fill out the questions in the form above as well as your personal details, including 1) full name; 2) business name; 3) telephone and email contact details; 4) online and/or social media business details e.g. website URL, Facebook and Instagram account names; and 5) Up to 250 word submission of why you are entering your business. You’ll then need to press ‘Submit’ to enter.
4. Using this method, only one entry can be submitted per business.
5. The business entries will be shortlisted based on key criteria, including, but not limited to, the submission of an example of how they have overcome business challenges, inspire others in the workplace or enable your business to perform. The entries will then be shortlisted by a group of Right Formula Ltd & Vodafone Business representatives. The shortlisted entries will then be viewed by a panel of judges. The judges will select the winner who will receive the outlined prizes; their decision will be final.
6. Entrants must be contactable throughout April and May 2022. If we have not received a response within 48 hours of contact, we will select another winner.
7. All selected businesses will be required to complete and sign a consent form as part of Vodafone’s vetting process. Vodafone reserves the right to reject any selected businesses at any time if it deems necessary. Those not contactable by reasonable means may be removed from the selected list and an alternative small business selected on the same basis described above.
8. You don’t have to be a current Vodafone customer to enter, entries are open to all UK businesses.
9. We don’t allow you to transfer this opportunity to someone else and there is no cash alternative.
10. Vodafone accepts no responsibility for (i) lost or delayed entries; or (ii) entries incorrectly completed and/or incorrectly submitted due to a technical fault of any kind.
