It’s a premium network feature that gives your business’s mobile data priority on our network during busy times.

This means:

• You can experience up to 4x faster speeds when connected to our 5G+ FastTrack​

• Or up to 2x fast speeds on 4G or 5G connections​

While connected to the 5G+ FastTrack, you’re eligible for our minimum speed guarantee. Read our FAQ ‘What does guarantee minimum speeds mean?’ for more details.

5G+ FastTrack uses a new technology called network slicing. In simple terms, this creates a dedicated “lane” on the network for your business’s data, helping it move faster and more reliably – especially when lots of people are online at the same time.

You don’t need to do anything – it’s automatically active when you’re connected to our 5G+ FastTrack on a Vodafone SuperMobile for Business plan and eligible phone. You can check when you’ll have 5G+ FastTrack connectivity on our network status checker page.​

Access to premium network features like 5G+ FastTrack is available for up to 600GB of data each month. After this, you can still use your data as normal, but without up to 4x faster speeds (until your next billing cycle).

You’ll need a device and SIM card that’s 5G+ compatible to experience the full benefits of our 5G+ FastTrack. On 4G or standard 5G, your business can still benefit from improved speeds, up to 2x faster where available.

Phones which are 5G+ compatible:

Yes. To get the most out of Vodafone SuperMobile’s 5G+ features, you’ll need a 5G+ ready SIM. SUCI SIMs have been supplied as standard since 2023, so most customers should already have one. If you use an Apple device, you may need a SUCI SIM to access 5G+ features. Android devices do not require a SUCI SIM for 5G+. If your SIM needs updating, we’ll let you know during your purchase journey or after your order, and we’ll explain how to swap your SIM so you can benefit from the full 5G+ experience.

When you’re in a 5G+ FastTrack area with a compatible device and plan, it helps keep your business moving on our fastest network experience with up to 4x faster speeds, even in busy places. To get the most out of the 5G+ FastTrack, you’ll need coverage in your area, a compatible 5G+ device, and a Vodafone SuperMobile for Business plan.

Vodafone SuperMobile for Business is the UK’s only plan to come with guaranteed minimum speeds. If your experience consistently falls below 15 Mbps, you can contact us to leave your plan early, without paying an early exit fee (subject to validation checks and terms and conditions). ​
