My Wi-Fi speed is slower than I expected

There are a few things inside and outside your home that could affect your internet speed. Find out how to fix problems with slow broadband

If you’re sure it’s your Wi-Fi that’s slow, there are some things you can try to improve the signal. Here are the Vodafone routers you might have:

• Ultra Hub – light grey, tall rectangle

• Ultra Hub 7 – white, rectangle

• Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub – dark grey, rectangle

• Vodafone Broadband Router – grey or white, square

• Vodafone Power Hub - white, rectangle

If you’re using a different router, first try swapping it for a Vodafone one to see if that helps.
