A Company Administrator is created at the point of completing your Vodafone Business Marketplace application order with our sales agent. They’ll be the first person on-boarded to the Marketplace in your organisation’s account.
A Company Administrator is the first point of contact for Company Users with queries about licences, access and password resets on the Marketplace.
Company Admins can buy products and assign product licences to specific Company Users.
You can identify your Company Administrator in three ways:

By logging in to Vodafone Business Marketplace
By contacting our Care team
