Can I upgrade or downgrade Microsoft 365 licenses mid-term?

You can upgrade your licences mid-term with no penalty cost - you will only have to pay the pricing of the product you've upgraded to.

Downgrades can be facilitated mid-term, but unless requested prior to the expiry of the 7-day grace period, any downgrades will be subject to an Eary Termination Fee (EFT).
