By entering into this Prize Draw you are doing so, and agreeing to these terms and conditions, on your own behalf and on behalf of the small business listed in your entry.

How to enter

1. The Prize Draw will open at 9:00am on 25th January 2025 and close at 11.59pm on 28th February 2025 (‘Closing Date’)

2. To enter: you (the ‘Participant’) must fill out the questions in the form above as well as your personal details, including: 1) full name; 2) business name; 3) telephone and email contact details You’ll then need to press ‘Submit’ to enter.

3. Only one entry can be submitted per individual. By entering this Prize Draw, Participants are agreeing to these terms and conditions on their own account.

4. Your entry must not be inappropriate, obscene, offensive, illegal, defamatory, in breach of another person's rights (including without limitation intellectual property rights) or in breach of Meta or X's rules. We’ll disqualify such entries without notice.

5. Sorry, but you can’t enter this Prize Draw if:

• You don’t live in the UK;

• You’re under 18 years old;

• Your business has more than 51 employees; or

• Your business isn’t based in the UK.

6. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

7. Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

8. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Prize Draw.

9. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such actions as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of the Participant and/or the small business listed in the entry.

10. Entries must be made by the Participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.

11. Participants must be contactable throughout March 2025. If we have not received a response within 48 hours of attempting to contact a Participant that has been drawn as the winner of the Prize Draw, we will conduct another random draw to select a winner in accordance with these terms.

12. In the event that a winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize (as applicable) and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, which shall be the next Entry selected at random.

13. By entering into this Prize Draw you acknowledge and agree that if you win the Prize, the Promoter shall be obliged to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. For all other third parties, details of the winners are available from the Promoter on request, unless the winner(s) chooses not to allow their details to be made available.

1. There will be twenty (20) winners in total winning: 1 x signed copy of Steven Bartlett’s book ‘The Diary of a CEO'. ( the ‘Prize’)

2. The winners (and any substitute winner(s), as applicable) will be selected independently, at random by an independent process.

3. We will contact the winners via email, if we haven’t heard back within 48 hours, we will re-draw a winner.

4. If all or part of the Prize is not available for any reason, we will replace it (or the relevant parts of the Prize or (as applicable)) with a prize of equivalent value.

5. We don’t allow you to transfer the Prize (as applicable) to someone else and we won’t give you cash instead.

6. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

7. The winner will be required to complete and sign a consent form as part of the Promoter’s vetting process. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any selected businesses at any time if the Promoter(at its absolute and sole discretion) deems it necessary.

1. We will process the information you provide in relation to this Prize Draw for the purposes of running this Prize Draw, to contact you if you win and to provide the Prize to you if you win. If you are a winner, unless you object, we may publish or make available your details if requested to demonstrate that a valid award took place. We may also use your entry, your name, your small business’ name, your social media username and/or photos, your small business’ username and/or photos for promotional purposes including for display on our social media channels and other marketing materials. 2. Whilst we’ll try to run the Prize Draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.

3. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.

4. By entering the Prize Draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final, and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed correspondence with you.

5. By accepting the Prize, you accept the terms and conditions of this Prize Draw.

6. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel all or part of the Prize Draw at any time.

7. This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, associated with or administered by Meta or X.

8. The winner will be subject to third party privacy policies if/when they use third party goods or services which form part of the Prize.

1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Prize Draw whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

2. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Prize Draw.

3. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.

4. By entering the Prize Draw, the Participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including but not limited to negligence) arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

5. By entering the Prize Draw, the Participant agrees to receive relevant marketing email materials from the Promoter.

6. The terms and conditions for this Prize Draw are governed by English law and any disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
