Microsoft Teams Phone Mobile is the latest way to add external call functionality to Microsoft Teams, using Vodafone's connectivity. It allows you to use the same mobile phone number for both standard voice calls over Vodafone's network, and move calls to the Teams app if required. It’s one mobile number and one single identity, provided by one trusted supplier.

How it all works
There are a few things you’ll need to get started with Microsoft Teams Phone Mobile:
Microsoft 365 licence
You’ll need to make sure you have a Microsoft 365 licence for your user in place.
Teams Phone system licence
You’ll also need a Teams Phone system licence - this is included if you have an E5 Microsoft 365 licence.
Vodafone Business mobile contract
You’ll need a business mobile contract with us to get started.
Teams Phone Mobile add-on
You can then purchase the voice add-on for the external dialling capability.
