The mobile, broadband and cloud calling package that lets you add and remove users, and tailor services to each employee, so you only pay for what you need.
Vodafone Pulse Connect has been designed for businesses with between 11 and 150 employees. Existing customers who would like to move to this service should check with their Account Manager or customer service representative regarding eligibility.
Please note, consumer customers and business customers with a team of less than 11 people cannot purchase this service at this time.
Vodafone Pulse Connect is built to be flexible and modular so you can choose the services that suit you. If you decide to add more services later you can do so when you’re ready, plus your discounts (both on the new services and the ones you already have) will get better as you add more services.
Each Vodafone Pulse Connect service will be activated as soon as it is ready following placement of your order, which means that some may be activated before others if you have chosen to order multiple services. We do this so that you don’t have to wait around to get going.
If you've bought all the core Vodafone Pulse Connect services (Mobile, Broadband and Cloud calling), you will not only get a great discount, but you'll also get Vodafone Cloud Backup licences. The number awarded is based on the volume of Cloud calling services your business has purchased.
Vodafone Cloud Backup gives you online storage and makes automatic daily backups of all your employees’ files, emails, calendars, chats and more – without them having to do anything manually.
The free Vodafone Cloud backup licence benefit is subject to you continuing to take a package including mobile SIMs, Broadband, and Cloud calling products. If you make changes to your package and remove one of these core services you will lose your bonus applications. Please note, it is your responsibility to back up your data before cancelling.
One of the great features of our Mobile and Cloud calling core services is that you have the flexibility to remove up to 20% of the total number of each service’s users in any given month and any recovery charges (fees paid for the early termination of the relevant service) will be automatically waived. For example, if you had 20 mobile users, you could remove up to 4 users without incurring early termination fees for those 4 users.
We designed it in this way to enable you to stay lean and remove users when you don’t need them.
Please note, removing users may reduce your overall Vodafone Pulse Connect discount levels on your remaining services. If you choose to disconnect more than 20% of your users, you will be required to pay early termination fees on all users that have been disconnected. The flexibility offered does not apply to Broadband, Mobile phones or other extras.
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an order tracking reference and courier link where you can track the progress of your delivery. For any questions, please contact your Delivery Co-ordinator on 0333 3042 880 or by webchat between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please have your order number ready.

The Vodafone Pulse Connect Configurator is available to new customers. If you are an existing customer, you can use the Configurator as a guide, but you will need to call 0333 3042 890 and check with your Account Manager that you are eligible to take Vodafone Pulse Connect.
You can manage your organisation’s teams through the Microsoft Teams admin centre. To access the admin centre, go to https://admin.microsoft.com. For full admin rights, make sure you're assigned one of the following roles:
You can manage your Pulse Connect Broadband Meraki dashboard at http://dashboard.meraki.com. Enter your email address and password to log in.
You can access all of your detailed billing and usage information, plus manage your Vodafone account, via the online My Vodafone. We will also send you an email notification each month when your bill is ready.
Vodafone Pulse Connect offers two categories of discounts: Volume and Converged discounts. Volume discounting is based on the number of products purchased within each product group.
Converged discounting is based on the number of product groups you purchase from.
Our discounts are dynamic; meaning they get better whenever you purchase additional Vodafone Pulse Connect core services – including when you add more services after your initial purchase. So if you are thinking of adding a new service during your contract, talk to your Account Manager about how it will improve your discount.
Please note, the dynamic nature of our discounts does mean that if you choose to remove services during your contract, you may also lose some of your discounts or your free Vodafone Cloud Backup licences. To get an indication of the impact any changes may have on your current discount and pricing, you can use our Product Configurator to input your new product configuration. The Product Configurator uses up to date pricing which is subject to change.
Mobile Device Financing service will not be eligible for discount.
New discounts are always applied from the first bill after the new service is activated and ready for you to use.
If you order several different services at the same time during your first Vodafone Pulse Connect order, your first bill may look a little different to what you were quoted. This could be because:
Vodafone Pulse Connect discounts apply to our “core services” of Mobile SIMs, Broadband, and Cloud calling products – and it is these services that receive discounts. If you choose to add other services like Business Financed Devices, Smart Security cameras or something else to your contract, these will not be discounted.
If you already have any existing services with us they will appear on their usual bills. The exception is any existing Mobile services, which may also appear on your Vodafone Pulse Connect bill.
If you have any questions about your bill, please contact our Care team. You can call us on 0333 3042 890 from a non-Vodafone number, between 8am and 6pm.
Our guide to your Vodafone Pulse Connect bill is available online with a detailed breakdown of each section. If you still have questions about your bill please contact our Care team. You can call us 0333 3042 890, between 8am and 6pm.
If you have bought a device with Vodafone Pulse Connect the charges will be shown on the front page of your bill.
Yes, you can. Vodafone Pulse Connect’s mobile porting process works exactly the same as a normal switch. You’ll need a Porting Authorisation Code to start, and we will do the rest.
First you will need to activate Lookout Security in the Marketplace – you can do this by logging into your Vodafone account and following the relevant prompts. Once Lookout Security is activated in the Marketplace you will receive email notifications from Lookout to complete the activation and assign your users.
If you already have Lookout Mobile Security licences that are still in contract prior to starting your Vodafone Pulse Connect Mobile services, you will continue to be charged for these licences. You will need to finish your existing contract before you can use the version included on Vodafone Pulse Connect. To check the remaining term on your Lookout Mobile Security contract please visit Your account in Vodafone Business Marketplace.
Yes, you can. Simply talk to your Account Manager to find out more.
Please note, you can only purchase devices from Vodafone Business with a Vodafone Pulse Connect mobile plan, and you can’t buy more devices than the number of mobile plans on your account/in your order.
The price of your device is divided on a monthly basis over the duration of your contract. If the cost of the device does not split equally over the number of months in your contract, you might pay a couple of extra pence more or less on your first bill.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer insurance with Vodafone Pulse Connect at this time.
Yes, you can. The Vodafone Pulse Connect Cloud calling porting process works the same way as a normal landline number switch. All you must do is tells us the numbers you want to transfer, your existing provider, and the day you want to move so we can take care of the rest. To assist with the move, we will also need the site address and postcode of the numbers that you are currently associated with. We will also need the name of your business exactly as it is recorded at your previous network.
Vodafone Pulse Connect Cloud calling gives each of your employees the ability to use Microsoft Teams on their business mobile, unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles thanks to Vodafone Calling, and the whole Microsoft 365 suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and more.
Digital phone calls go over the internet rather than the old telephone network, so as long as you have a good internet connection (we recommend about 100kbps or 0.1mbps per user per video call) they should be just as reliable as a traditional phone call.
Vodafone Pulse Connect Broadband comes with a Vodafone modem, a Meraki router and a SIM card – simply plug in and power up your Vodafone branded router, then power up the Meraki router and connect the first “internet port” on your Meraki router to the first “LAN port” on your Vodafone modem. Finally, pop the SIM card into the Meraki router. Once your service is live, you’ll receive an email to log in and create your account on your Meraki dashboard and you’re good to go.
