Like many companies, we’re experiencing a significant rise in the cost of running our network and providing our services, particularly driven by high energy costs and other inflationary factors. We understand that nobody wants to see prices go up, but these increases ensure that we can continue to provide the secure, reliable network and service you expect from us.
If you are a SOHO customer, the price rise will be applied to your tariff cost, out of bundle charges and some of your add ons and extras (see the full list of impacted SOHO add ons)

For contracts with RPI price adjustment:
The actual adjustment is dictated by the RPI rate published by the Office for National Statistics in March (consumer contracts) and January (business plans) each year.
As an example, if the rate is 13.4%, prices would be affected as follows:
A customer paying £22 a month would see their plan increase by £2.94 a month from April
A customer paying £40 a month would see their plan increase by £5.36 a month from April
For contracts with CPI +3.9% price adjustment:
The actual adjustment is dictated by the CPI rate published by the Office for National Statistics in January (consumer contracts and business plans) each year, plus an additional 3.9%.
As an example, if the rate is 10.9%, prices would be affected as follows (with 3.9% added to the 10.5%, totaling 14.4%):
A customer paying £22 a month would see their plan increase by £3.16 a month from April
A customer paying £40 a month would see their plan increase by £5.76 a month from April
We’re not changing existing customers’ terms and conditions.
Mobile contracts signed before 9 December 2020 will continue to have annual charges adjusted by the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate.
If your mobile contract was signed on or after 9 December 2020, your annual charges will instead be adjusted by the CPI Rate +3.9% from April.
The price rise takes place every April. Impacted customers will be notified ahead of the price rise taking effect.
The Fixed Price Promise hasn’t been applicable for new or upgrading customers since 5 May 2016, but we’ll continue to honour it for customers who purchased a Pay monthly plan before that date until the end of their contract.
