If you need to build a new wired or wireless LAN, or upgrade an existing one, we’ll work with you to design and build it using equipment from our technology partner, Cisco Systems.
As we’re an accredited Cisco gold partner you can be confident you have a partner who knows how to make your LAN work in the way you want it to.

Our engineers work with your own network operations team. We’ll resolve and repair any LAN faults you report, including hardware fixes, spares supply and fault management. There are three service levels to choose from, based on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage:

We’ll monitor your network 24/7 from our Network Operations Centre. If an incident should occur, we’ll assign engineers as fast as possible. We’ll also share network performance data with you to help identify any potential improvements that can be made.
This is our top layer of service. We take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of your network, managing inventory, configuration, updates and overall network performance. ITIL-compliant service management processes mean we will integrate our processes with yours, from change and configuration management to quarterly performance reporting.
