    Account holder
    This person has full control over the account and can manage all user roles. To change an account holder, please contact us.

    Account manager
    Managers can do everything from ordering and upgrading lines to viewing bills and requesting disconnections. If you want to change your role, speak to the account holder or another manager.

    Account user
    Users can view billing details but can’t make changes or request chargeable services.

    No role assigned
    If no role is assigned, the person can only access support content and manage their own account info.
