We’ve been named a “Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global” because we cater for the future needs of enterprise, according to the latest Gartner report.
Leading the future of Global Network Services
The independent analyst firm, Gartner, has positioned Vodafone Business as a Leader in Network Services, Global, in its 2019 Magic Quadrant.
We believe this is especially significant because businesses are only included in the lead section of the Magic Quadrant if they combine the ‘vision and ambition’ to cater for the future needs of enterprise with the ‘scale and operational maturity’ to deliver on a global basis.
We’re pleased that our work is recognised. We’re the only player out of the 15 companies Gartner evaluated to have moved through all four quadrants, rising from a Niche Player. We’re committed to being a digital partner that you can trust and rely on – as well as one that can help you stay competitive in an increasingly digital world.
Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global
To assess businesses for this Magic Quadrant, Gartner looked at established global network services including WAN and cloud connectivity, as well as emerging global network services including SD-WAN, network on-demand, Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) and Virtual Customer Premises Equipment (vCPE).
According to Gartner’s 2019 report, “this Magic Quadrant focuses on these transformational technologies and approaches that deliver on the future needs of the enterprise, rather than simply concentrating on legacy services. However, delivering a consistent set of service features and user experiences across all these elements on a global basis remains a challenge that requires scale and operational maturity.”
Helping your business innovate to stay ahead
According to Gartner, “Providers in the Leaders quadrant are performing well today and maintain a stable organisation with a clear vision of market direction. They deliver comprehensive portfolios of good-quality network services across broad geographies. They address the global networking needs of a broad range of enterprises in terms of size, geographic distribution and vertical industry.”
Leaders shape the direction of the market by extending their coverage, developing new class-leading capabilities and new commercial models, and deploying these at scale.
