There are multiple ways you can get support and advice from your Prime Contact. For small businesses, help is available 7 days a week, 8am – 9pm. For medium-sized businesses, it’s available Monday to Friday, 8am-9pm.

Choose a Vodafone Business Premier, Business Black or Business Plus solution and you’ll get Prime Contact included as standard.

Our Business Premier solutions give you the support you need to stay focused on your business. They combine a generous allowance of data, minutes and texts with a range of additional features like inclusive roaming and damage insurance with rapid replacement.

Business Black is our premium solution for customers who want to do business worldwide as easily as you do at home. As well as inclusive roaming in Europe, you’ll get Global Traveller – 3GB of data, 500 texts and 500 minutes a month to use in over 170 additional destinations.

Business Plus is ideal for businesses with 5-49 employees. Share your employees’ data allowances flexibly across your organisation, with less wastage and no risk of unexpected charges. And by sharing data, you’ll save time and money compared with individual accounts.

Adding Prime Contact to other solutions

If you’re an existing customer or choose one of our Business Value or Business Extra solutions, you can still add Prime Contact to your account.

For small businesses with up to four connections, it’s £3 (exc. VAT) extra a month for each phone you choose to add Prime Contact to. For five or more connections, it’s only £2 (exc. VAT) a month for each.

Prime Contact isn’t available if you’re a One Net Business customer.
