You have various rights in relation to your personal information. In the Your Rights section of our Privacy Policy, we’ve provided information about each of these, including what to do if you wish to exercise any of your rights.

Here are some links you may find useful in relation to your personal information:

  • My Vodafone – you can update the personal information we have on your account. And you can download a copy of your bill.
  • Requesting personal information – if you’d like to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, please visit our Subject Access Request page
  • Privacy query form – if you have a privacy question that is not a Subject Access Request or you can’t find the answer on our privacy portal, or to contact a Data Protection Officer
  • Contact us – our Customer Services team will be happy to help you with queries including how to manage your marketing preferences.
  • To opt out of marketing messages - if you no longer want to receive marketing messages from us, you can manage all of your marketing preferences through our preferences portal. Alternatively, please contact our customer services team.
  • Write to us – you can always reach us by post. Mark it for the “Privacy Team”, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN.
