What's an eSIM and how does it work?
Overview
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your device, such as a smartphone, tablet or smartwatch. Instead of inserting a physical SIM card, you download your plan straight to your device.
If your device is eSIM-compatible, it can store more than one eSIM profile. Each profile has its own phone number and data plan, and you can switch between them. Once your eSIM is set up, it connects to our network just like a physical SIM.

Less plastic waste
It's kinder to the planet as there's no plastic SIM card or packaging.
