To unlock your device, log into Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO) and download the request form If you can't use VCO, call customer services on 191 free from your Vodafone mobile.
Unfortunately, if you bought your phone from a different provider or e.g. Carphone Warehouse, we can't unlock it. You will have to contact them directly.
