Network unlock request form

To get your unlock code, we’ll need some information from you first. Once we’ve received it, we’ll contact you within 48 hours. Sometimes we may need to get in touch with your phone’s manufacturer. This can take up to 10 days. We’ll always keep you informed, so you’ll know what’s happening and when.

There are no charges for network unlock codes.

If you’re a small business customer with up to 10 connections, there are no charges for network unlock codes. If you have more than 10 connections, please speak to your account manager, Prime Contact, or check your contract.
