How do I access tech support in the Device Support app and what does this include?
The Technical Support function can be accessed through the chat function in the Device Support app. This is available for your own device and any other connected devices– for example, a tablet, printer or smart TV.
Is the Device Support app available for all devices?
Vodafone Device Support is available on all iOS and Android mobile phones. Vodafone Device Support isn’t available on Windows devices. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from our Device Support page.
How does the Vodafone Device Support app help me if I’ve lost my phone?
Once you have a replacement device, you can download the Vodafone Device Support app and tap on the Restore Back-Up section of the app. This will download any data previously held within your storage allowance.
