Monthly price per device
Replacement devices can only be delivered to UK addresses. Your business must be based in the UK and have a UK postcode. The business account holder who has a contract with us must be over 18 years old.
You can take out insurance when you buy your new device, or at any time as long as your device is less than 18 months old and you have an active Vodafone Airtime Plan with a Device Plan. You’ll then be charged once a month and the minimum term is three months. You can cancel at any point in your contract – we just need 30 days’ notice. If you cancel before the three-month minimum period is up, you’ll need to pay premiums for the rest of the three-month term.
You can make up to three successful claims in a 12-month period, at which point your policy will be cancelled.

Will my replacement phone be the same as my current phone?
We’ll aim to replace your phone with a like-for-like model. However, where that’s not possible, you can choose to take an alternative phone to be delivered within 4 hours, or wait a bit longer for us to source an exact replacement.
If we need to source an exact replacement, delivery may be the following day (£10 per hour credit doesn’t apply in this instance).
There’s a small number of locations that we can’t promise to deliver to within 4 hours. These are mostly in the Highlands and Islands. Please see a list of affected postcodes below:
We’re unable to provide the Vodafone Rapid service to outdoor venues or events (such as festivals, parks or sporting events). You’ll be advised when you make your claim if this is the case. If you require delivery to a location that isn’t eligible for the Vodafone Rapid service, we’ll discuss alternative arrangements with you.
If you need to make a claim, you should tell us as soon as the damage or breakdown has occurred by calling 0330 041 6515. Standard call charges apply.
For each successful damage, theft or loss claim, an excess payment of £25, or £50 for Apple devices, is applicable on your policy.
To benefit from a 4-hour replacement phone with Vodafone Rapid, you'll need to make a claim before the daily cut off times:
Monday to Friday – 4pm
Saturday – 2pm
Bank Holidays – 2pm
Please note, the Rapid service isn't available on Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day. Please also note that replacements may be from refurbished stock and can only be delivered to a UK address. A small number of locations aren't eligible for 4-hour delivery.
The Rapid delivery service isn’t available for tablets.
The 4-hour delivery time begins when your claim is accepted. We'll send you a confirmation email shortly after the call.
In the event that we’re unable to get the phone to you within 4 hours, we’ll credit your account £10 for every hour beyond the 4 hours, up to a maximum of £40. See our terms and conditions [PDF 174KB] for more details.
No. You can nominate someone to receive the phone for you, as long as we’re delivering the replacement phone to the billing address on your account
We can deliver the phone almost anywhere in the UK. If it’s not at the billing address for your account, we’ll ask you to provide some ID when we arrive so we know it’s you (such as a passport, driving licence or bank card).
If you require delivery to a building with restricted access such as a hospital, airport, building site or police station, you’ll need to make yourself available in an area to which the general public has access.
