About Multiverse
Multiverse was founded by Euan Blair in 2016 with a mission to democratise access to outstanding careers. It has since become the UK’s first EdTech unicorn company with a current valuation of £1.7bn and was rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2021.
Multiverse operates an innovative, hands-on apprenticeship model focussed on developing skills that businesses and individuals need to thrive in today’s age of digital transformation.
In doing so, they tackle two of the most pressing issues facing businesses today: the chronic shortage of digital, data and technical skills in the digital age, and an acute lack of diversity within the best careers.
Multiverse has so far supported over 10,000 people to upskill and accelerate their careers, ranging in age from 16 to 60+. They work with over 500 of the world’s best employers including Vodafone, Meta and Google, plus hundreds of small businesses looking to take their digital transformation journeys to the next level.
This 13-month programme is an £18,000 investment in the development of your people, fully funded by Vodafone and the UK Apprenticeship Levy. The world of work is changing at a rapid pace, with technology and digital transformation redefining how businesses provide value to customers. To remain competitive, SMEs must take a more agile approach. The Business Transformation Fellowship is here to help you address this challenge head on.
Participants will be equipped with the skills, tools, and frameworks to drive business value, from day-to-day initiatives to major transformations. The programme covers key competencies that are most relevant to doing business in the digital age, including defining business objectives, exploring opportunities for digital innovation, and adopting agile ways of working.
They will be encouraged to apply learnings to real-life strategic initiatives that provide real value to your businesses, leveraging best practices established throughout the programme and guided by an expert coach.
Who's it
for?
Existing PAYE employees who are driven to develop in this area! They must have the ability to influence decisions about change and lead projects, be based in England, work over 30 hours a week, and have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years.
We particularly see this programme as valuable for businesses with over 10 employees, and for employees rather than business owners or CEOs. Participants should be willing to dedicate around 12 hours a month to studying the materials, and a further 12 hours applying their learning directly to the business.
