How do I set up parental controls on Secure Net?

You can set up parental controls on your children’s devices for both Secure Net Mobile and Secure Net Home:

Secure Net Mobile

  1. Log in to your Secure Net Mobile account

  2. On the settings page, choose Add a device and enter the number you’d like to add 

  3. We’ll then send a text message to that device. The recipient will need to accept the terms and conditions, and agree that their security settings will be controlled by you

You’ll be notified when they accept and then you can start setting up security and parental settings for that number.

Secure Net Home

  1. Log in to the Secure Net app and select your Secure Net Home account  

  2. Select ‘Children’ from your dashboard  

  3. From here, you can create child profiles, assign devices to each child, and set up content controls
