With Fitbit, you can track all your activities, including calories burned and heart rate, and gain insights into stress and sleep. Fitbit helps you to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals with 40 exercise modes, real-time stats, and by measuring time spent in fat burn, cardio and peak heart rate modes. The ECG app even assesses your heart rhythm for AFib (atrial fibrillation) on demand⁶.

Yes, Google Pixel Watch comes with built-in GPS, meaning you can track the pace and distance of your outdoor workouts, even without your phone.

The watch face is 12.3mm thick.

The Google Pixel Watch is water resistant¹⁰ and designed to withstand the pressure exerted by 50 metres (5ATM) of water.

You can wear your Pixel Watch swimming in the pool, at the beach, and beyond.

However, some Google Pixel Watch bands aren't water resistant, and the watch should not be used for activities involving water at high velocity or high temperature.

Be sure to check whether your individual watch strap is water resistant.

Yes, if you wear your watch to bed, you'll get a sleep score in the morning.

You can track your sleep trends in the Fitbit app and use the insights to understand your sleep quality and build better habits.⁵
