How it works
Charge to Bill is an option on all plans. It allows you to buy services from other merchants and pay for them all in one place – through your Vodafone account.
This means that, even if you already have Amazon Prime as part of your entertainment plan, you can add Spotify Premium or Netflix to your Vodafone bill as well.
And it’s not just entertainment – Charge to Bill means that you can make one-off purchases, like in-app purchases and text donations to charities, through your Vodafone account too.
Step 1
Head to our Entertainment portal and sign in with a One Time PIN (OTP).
Step 2
Choose which entertainment provider you want to add to your bill.
Step 3
You'll be taken to your chosen entertainment provider's website - follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe.

All new and existing customers who subscribe to Amazon Prime through our Charge to Bill service will get 3 months of Amazon Prime for £1 courtesy of Vodafone, thereafter £8.99 a month. Customers with Amazon Prime included in their Entertainment plan aren't eligible.
Netflix
Netflix is an on-demand service that allows you to watch TV shows and movies, recommended just for you, including award-winning series, films and documentaries on any of your favourite devices.

Yes - if you already have an Entertainment plan, you'll still be able to choose from our selection of Charge to Bill entertainment offers in addition to your inclusive Spotify Premium, Amazon Prime or YouTube Premium subscription.
Our Charge to Bill entertainment offers are available to any customer with a Vodafone Pay monthly plan.
Yes, you can add as many entertainment options to your bill as you'd like.
Please note that you will be charged the RRP of each of these individual entertainment options.
For example, if you sign up for Spotify (£9.99) and discovery+ (£3.99) using Charge to Bill, then you will see an additional charge of £13.98 on your bill.
All of our entertainment options are on a 30-day rolling basis, so you can cancel anytime and your last payment will be included on your next bill.
Visit the Entertainment portal, and sign-in using your one-time pin.
Once signed in, you should see the charge to bill entertainment options available for you to choose.
You can cancel your entertainment choice(s) anytime by visiting the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab in the Entertainment portal and clicking on the 'cancel' button next to your choice of entertainment.
