HONOR 600 Pro purchase promotion (7 May to 3 June 2026) terms and conditions

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’). Any information or instructions published by HONOR TECHNOLOGIES (UK) CO., LTD (‘Promoter’), with its registered offices at 136 George Street, London, W1H 5LD, about the Promotion on HONOR’s promotion site form part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion

Participants who purchase a Qualifying Product from Vodafone (‘Qualifying Retailer’) in a store, online, or through the call centre within the Qualifying Period will be eligible to receive (‘Promotional Item’):

  • One (1) unit of HONOR Choice Projector Air Pro (White) – £249.99 RRP

  • One (1) unit of HONOR Choice Speaker Pro (Black) – £129.99 RRP

  • Two (2) units of HONOR Choice Handheld Fan Pro (White) – £39.98 RRP

Subject to these Terms and Conditions (‘Promotion’), as outlined in the table below.

2. Offer

Participants who purchase the HONOR 600 Pro (‘Qualifying Product’) from Vodafone between 7 May 2026 and 3 June 2026 inclusive (‘Qualifying Period’) will be eligible to redeem the Promotional Items. Purchases made before 00:01 (GMT) on 7 May 2026 or after 23:59 (GMT) on 3 June 2026 will not qualify for this Promotion. The Promotional Items will be delivered directly to the Participant’s address in the United Kingdom following successful validation of the claim. The relevant Promotional Items per Qualifying Product is set out in the table below:

3. Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must be aged 18 or above, and residing in the United Kingdom (‘Participant’).

  2. Participating offer is open to Vodafone personal and business customers: SOHO (1–9 employees), SME (10–249 employees), and VOXI customers. The redemption must be made by the end user (‘Participant’), and must not be submitted by agents, retailers, resellers, third parties, or in bulk.

  3. Only three (3) claims per household are allowed. Only one (1) claim per Qualifying Product is permitted. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other HONOR promotion.

  4. Participants who cancel their purchase will not be eligible to redeem the Promotional Item. If the Promotional Item has already been delivered, the Promotional Item will be returned to the Promoter at the Participant’s own cost.

  5. Participants who return the Qualifying Product to the Qualifying Retailer within fourteen (14) calendar days will not be eligible to redeem the Promotional Item. The date on the physical receipt issued by the Qualifying Retailer will count as day one (1).

4. Claim process

  1. Participants may submit a claim once they have received the Qualifying Product.

  2. To submit a claim, Participants must visit HONOR’s promotion site during the Redemption Period, complete the online claim form, and upload the required supporting documentation.

  3. Participants will be required to provide:

    • The serial number or IMEI number of the Qualifying Product

    • Proof of purchase from a Qualifying Retailer within the Qualifying Period

    • A valid UK delivery address

    • Any additional information reasonably required for verification

  4. Proof of purchase must clearly show the retailer’s name, the product purchased, and the purchase date.

5. Claim validation and delivery

  1. Once the claim has been successfully validated, the Promotional Items will be dispatched within twenty-one (21) days to the address provided. However, due to stock availability or logistical circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, delivery may take longer. In all cases, the Promotional Items will be dispatched within a maximum of sixty (60) days following successful claim validation.

  2. If a claim is submitted incorrectly or incomplete, the Participant will be notified via email and given fourteen (14) calendar days to provide the required information.

  3. If no response is received within fourteen (14) days, the claim will be deemed invalid, and the Participant will no longer be eligible for the Promotional Items.

  4. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their claim is correctly submitted and to check for claim-status updates.

6. Promotional Item conditions

  1. Promotional Items are subject to availability while stocks last.

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any Promotional Item with an alternative item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

  3. Promotional Items cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

  4. Promotional Items are covered by HONOR’s consumer limited warranty

  5. As part of the Promotional Items, Participants may receive an HONOR VIP Discount Card included in the gift package. The VIP Discount Card provides access to selected promotional discounts on the HONOR official online store in the United Kingdom, subject to the conditions available on HONOR’s VIP voucher promotion site

7. Fraud and misuse

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and to request additional documentation to confirm the identity, age, purchase details, or eligibility of the Participant.

  2. The Promoter may refuse or withdraw a Promotional Item if a claim is suspected to be fraudulent, invalid, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Limitation of liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion, or from the use of the Promotional Items.

  2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  3. Subject to the above, the Promoter’s total liability to any Participant shall not exceed £50.

9. Data protection

  1. By submitting a claim, the Participants agree that their personal data will be processed by the Promoter and its authorised agents for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

  2. Personal data will be stored for up to seven (7) years following the end of the Promotion for administrative and legal purposes.

  3. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy

10. General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  2. The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final.

  3. The Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
