iPhone 16e Trade-in Apple iPods Promotion (13 June to 14 July 2025) terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to Vodafone Limited's (hereinafter referred to as 'us' and 'our') Apple AirPods Trade-in Promotion.
These Terms apply in addition to the Vodafone Pay Monthly Airtime Agreement ("Airtime Terms") and Vodafone Trade-in Terms and Conditions ("Trade-in Terms") available at vodafone.co.uk/terms
Any capitalised terms we use have the meaning set out in these Terms and the Airtime Terms.

Apple AirPods Trade-In offer

When you trade-in one of the following eligible devices (in any colour and memory variant, depending on availability) on any Vodafone pay monthly airtime plan online at vodafone.co.uk, and purchase an iPhone 16e only (any colour/memory variant), you will be eligible to claim a pair of Apple AirPods 4 (RRP £129).

Eligibility and Redemption Journey

Available to individual consumers as well as small business customers with fewer than ten employees.
This promotion is only available to new and upgrading customers.
You must place your iPhone 16e order (any colour/memory variant) with one of the eligible trade-in devices listed.
You will be contacted within 3-5 working days to inform you have qualified (via SMS) for the offer.
To claim AirPods 4, we'll provide you with a unique voucher code via SMS or email within 30 days of your Trade-in device being checked at our warehouse.
The SMS or email will contain instructions on how to use your unique voucher code through GetGoFone's online website.
You must claim your AirPods 4 using your unique voucher code by 23:59 14 September 2025.

If you fail to send your trade-in phone or if the condition isn't met as described during trade-in checks process, your request will be rejected, and you will not be eligible to receive your unique code to claim your Apple AirPods.

General

We will not be liable or responsible to you for any failure or delay in providing the services or meeting any of our obligations under these Terms caused by events outside of our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to withdraw or make amendments to the Discount offer in the event of unforeseen circumstances including without limitation COVID-19/other pandemic, decisions by our suppliers, changes to laws, regulations or orders or acts of God. In the event of any such amendments, neither we nor our suppliers shall be liable to you for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such amendments.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence (as such term is defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015); (ii) fraud; or (iii) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may change these Terms at any time. We'll tell you beforehand where any change is likely to materially disadvantage you.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and you and we both consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
