Motorola Edge 70 Promotion (5 November to 31 December) terms and conditions
Claim instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this offer, Claimants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications (including advertising or promotional materials), these Terms and Conditions prevail. Please retain a copy for your records. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Eligibility
This offer to claim a Prize is open to legal residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18+, who purchase a Motorola Edge 70 (Qualifying Device) at a Qualifying Partner (Vodafone, Three, EE, Currys, Argos, John Lewis Partners, Very) within the Promotional Period.
Internet access and valid proof of purchase are required.
One (1) Prize per Qualifying Device can be claimed.
Promotional and Redemption Periods
Promotional Period: 5 November 2025 (14:00 GMT) to 31 December 2025 (23:59 GMT).
Redemption Period: 5 November 2025 (14:00 GMT) to 14 January 2026 (23:59 GMT).
Claims must be received no later than the end of the Redemption Period. Any claims made after this time will not be accepted.

Prizes are subject to availability; exact models and colours may vary. Total value is £274.96 RRP taken on 2 October 2025.
No cash or credit alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute Prizes or their components with alternatives of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary. Except as specifically provided herein, the Prize package does not include insurance, personal expenses, incidental charges, gratuities, or any other items not specifically described in these Terms and Conditions.
Maximum of one (1) claim per Claimant and Qualifying Device. Syndicated, bulk, or consumer group claims are not permitted. Claims submitted through agents, automated systems, third parties, or in connection with other Lenovo activities will be considered invalid.
1,000 Prizes are made available for this Promotion and will be available to Claimants on a first come, first serve basis until the available Prizes run out. Promotional and Redemption Period may be closed earlier if all 1,000 Prizes are claimed before the end of the Redemption Period.
How to claim
To redeem, Claimants must visit the promotional website during the Redemption Period and submit:
Full name, email, and delivery address
Proof of purchase (box with IMEI number, invoice showing date within the Promotional Period and prior-to-claim submission)
After submission, claims will remain pending until the standard retailer return period has expired.
Once validated, Claimants will be informed and invited to complete their order for the Prize by paying a nominal £0.10 processing fee (required for fraud prevention and processing). To help protect against fraudulent claims, the processing fee is refundable and applied when you submit your claim. This fee is automatically refunded once your bundle has been shipped.
Failure to provide complete or valid details, or to pay the £0.10 fee, will invalidate the claim.
Verification and Fulfilment
The Promoter will verify all claims with retailers to ensure devices have not been returned within the return period.
Prizes will be dispatched via tracked delivery within 14 days of successful verification and payment of the processing fee.
Any damage to items on arrival must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Other conditions
Claimants are responsible for all costs of participation, except for delivery of the Prize, which is included.
Incomplete, misdirected, fraudulent, or late claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
The Promoter reserves the right to request additional documentation (proof of purchase or ID). Failure to comply within seven days may result in forfeiture of the gift.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for website disruptions or technical issues preventing claim submission.
Legal
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control prevent fulfilment.
The Promotor will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary, and for no other purpose, unless consent is obtained and Claimants have opted in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this Promotion, if you are not opted in to our general marketing email, you’ll still receive emails or text messages for this Promotion only to let you know if there are any issues arising with your application.
Promoter may disqualify Claimants from the Promotion if Promoter believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that a Claimant is not eligible or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final regarding all promotional matters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the promotional website, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion, or any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Promotion. Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to or alteration of claims. Promoters are not responsible for any problems, failures, or technical malfunction of any website, telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, Claimants agree to release and hold harmless Promoter and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Promotion or any prize related activities.
The Promoter will hold Claimants’ personal data for up to three months after the close of the Redemption Period to administer the Redemption Offer and contact potential winners. These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (unless you reside elsewhere in the UK, in which case your local courts may apply).
