We’re committed to supporting you, which is why we’ve introduced Vodafone Rapid as part of our insurance cover. With this service we aim to get you back up and running as soon as possible if your phone is accidentally damaged, lost or stolen, or breaks down.
If you have Vodafone Rapid, we’ll aim to get a replacement phone to you within four hours, almost anywhere in the UK**. In fact, we’re so committed to keeping you connected that, for every hour you’re waiting beyond the four hours, we’ll give you £10***.
Vodafone Rapid is available on all Business mobile plans when insurance is added – and on some Small business mobile solutions it's included for free. Note that devices registered with the Apple Device Enrolment Program are not eligible for Vodafone Rapid.
Even if the worst happens to your phone, it doesn’t mean the worst for your business. We’ll aim to deliver your replacement phone within four hours, almost anywhere in the UK**.

Easy to claim
The process is simple. There are no forms to fill in and you don’t even need to be around for delivery – simply nominate someone else to receive your replacement phone at your billing address or have it delivered to wherever you are.

Your phone will come with battery charge so it’s ready to go. And we’ll help you set up the phone and transfer your number across.

How does it work?
We’ll take care of everything for you. There’s no need to fill in any forms and, where possible, we’ll get you a replacement phone exactly the same as your old one, along with a new SIM if needed.
We’ll keep you updated
Once your claim is approved, then we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll send you an email to confirm that your replacement phone is on its way, along with an estimated delivery time.
A replacement phone within 4 hours
We’ll aim to deliver a replacement phone within 4 hours to your chosen address, or to a person you’ve nominated at your billing address. For every hour beyond the 4 hours, we’ll credit your account with £10 (up to a maximum of £40). Exclusions apply – see terms and conditions [PDF 2.2MB]

How do I get Vodafone Rapid?
Vodafone Rapid is part of our Business insurance cover options, which are available to all Vodafone business customers. To add insurance to your account simply call 0333 304 3346 (standard charges apply). Find out more about insurance cover here
Vodafone Rapid is included at no extra cost, along with Business Damage and Breakdown Insurance, with some of our small business solutions.
We’ll aim to replace your phone with a like-for-like model. However, where that’s not possible, you can choose to take an alternative phone to be delivered within 4 hours, or wait a bit longer for us to source an exact replacement.
If we need to source an exact replacement, delivery may be the following day (£10 per hour credit doesn’t apply in this instance).
There’s a small number of locations that we can’t promise to deliver to within 4 hours. These are mostly in the Highlands and Islands. Please see a list of affected postcodes below:
We’re unable to provide the Vodafone Rapid service to outdoor venues or events (such as festivals, parks or sporting events). You’ll be advised when you make your claim if this is the case. If you require delivery to a location that isn’t eligible for the Vodafone Rapid service, we’ll discuss alternative arrangements with you.
To receive your replacement phone within 4 hours, you must log your claim between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday, or 8am to 2pm on a Saturday. Delivery times are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, or 8pm and 6pm on Saturdays.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and some bank holidays (please see our terms and conditions [PDF 2.2MB] for more details). In these cases, your delivery will be made on the next working day.
In the event that we’re unable to get the phone to you within 4 hours, we’ll credit your account £10 for every hour beyond the 4 hours, up to a maximum of £40. See our terms and conditions for more details.
We can deliver the phone almost anywhere in the UK. If it’s not at the billing address for your account, we’ll ask you to provide some ID when we arrive so we know it’s you (such as a passport, driving licence or bank card).
If you require delivery to a building with restricted access such as a hospital, airport, building site or police station, you’ll need to make yourself available in an area to which the general public has access.
