Once you’ve purchased an eligible Samsung smartphone and a connected device, you must visit Samsung’s offer page, and complete the claim form with the required information. This usually includes your name, contact information, email and postal address, and bank account details. You must submit the form with the scanned copies of each proof or purchase. You might need to upload an image of the serial or IMEI1 number from the Settings screen of your devices.

You need to claim the cashback within 60 days of the first purchase. Once you’ve submitted your claim, you’ll receive an email about its successful receipt. Within seven days, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In case your claim is incorrect, you’ll be notified via email and SMS, and you can provide any missing information within seven days. The cashback will be sent to you within 45 days of the confirmation email, to the bank account you provided in the form.

You can claim up to £100 cashback after every connected device purchased. This means that, for example, if you buy a watch and a tablet within 30 days of your smartphone purchase, you can claim the £100 cashback for both devices. See full terms and conditions

Samsung phones 
Samsung phones have the most compatibility options – just download the Galaxy Wearable app from the Play Store and make sure your phone has the latest software. 

iPhone 
Many iPhone models are compatible with Galaxy Watches. You'll get the best compatibility by updating iOS to the latest version and downloading Galaxy Wearable from the App Store. 

Other smartphones 
Non-Samsung phones running Android can also connect to Galaxy Watches. Make sure your device has the latest software and get the Galaxy Wearable app from the Play Store. 

When connected with non-Samsung mobile devices, some features may have limited support. Some features, like Samsung Pay, are only available on Samsung smartphones. Supported devices vary depending on your region, operator and device brand.

Yes. The Samsung Galaxy Watch has 4G. But it must be connected to a compatible Samsung phone on a Vodafone Pay monthly plan to use the 4G network.

Yes. The Samsung Galaxy Watch is a complementary device that works alongside the phone it's paired with, and so it needs its own connection.

You'll need to do one of two things: either buy a data plan that includes the Samsung Galaxy Watch, or pay an access fee - through Vodafone OneNumber - that'll let the watch use your phone's existing data, minutes, and texts allowance.
