Cross-Sell Broadband Bill Credit Offer (1 April to 29 April 2026) terms and conditions

The Offer

  1. Vodafone Limited (“Vodafone”) will apply a credit of £75 (inclusive of VAT) to your account when you take out a 24-month minimum term Vodafone Home Broadband plan through our website, by phone, via web chat, or in store (“Qualifying Plan”).

  2. Vodafone Essentials plans are excluded from the Offer.

  3. Plans purchased through our partners, other affiliate sites, or third parties (e.g. Currys, Quidco, TopCashback) are excluded from the Offer.

Offer Period

  1. You will need to complete your purchase of a Qualifying Plan between 00:01 on 1 April 2026 and 23:59 on 29 April 2026 (the “Offer Period”).

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible for the Offer, you must:

a) have an existing Vodafone Pay monthly mobile plan, SIM only Airtime Plan, or SIM only data plan (“PAYM Plan”);

b) be a new Vodafone Home Broadband customer, not upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband plan;

c) have been presented with the Offer directly from Vodafone through our website, by phone, via web chat, or in store;

d) be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;

e) purchase a Qualifying Plan within the Offer Period;

f) be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the Qualifying Plan will be installed; and

g) remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least 60 days after the activation of the service(s) under the Qualifying Plan

(together, the “Eligibility Criteria”).

General

  1. Subject to the Eligibility Criteria being met, the Offer credit will be automatically applied to your account after your Qualifying Plan has been active for 60 days.

  2. These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to Vodafone’s standard terms and conditions for the Qualifying Plan.

  4. Any decisions made by Vodafone over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  5. Insofar as is permitted by law, Vodafone, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Vodafone, its agents, or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  6. There is no cash alternative to the Offer.

  7. Vodafone reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw the Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.

  8. You can only claim the Offer once, and the Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders and/or combined with any other voucher, offer, discount, or promotional code that may be available during the Offer Period.

  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  10. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Vodafone Limited’s privacy policy
