New acquisition broadband bill credit offer (19 February to 4 March 2026) terms and conditions
The Offer
Vodafone Limited (“Vodafone”) will apply a credit of £75 (inclusive of VAT) to your account when you take out a 24-month minimum term Vodafone Home Broadband Plan through on our website, by phone, web chat, or in store (“Qualifying Plan”).
Vodafone Essentials Plans are excluded from the Offer.
Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites or third parties (e.g. Currys, Quidco, TopCashback) are excluded from the Offer.
Offer Period
You will need to complete your purchase of a Qualifying Plan between 00:01 on 19 February 2026 and 23:59 on 4 March 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Offer, you must:
a) be a new Vodafone Home Broadband customer, not upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband Plan;
b) take out a plan with a speed of 500Mbps or above;
c) have been presented with the Offer directly from Vodafone through our website, in store, by phone, or via web chat;
d) be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;
e) purchase a Qualifying Plan within the Offer Period;
f) be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the Qualifying Plan will be installed; and
g) remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least 60 days after the activation of the service(s) under the Qualifying Plan;
(together, the “Eligibility Criteria”).
General
Subject to the Eligibility Criteria being met, the Offer credit will be automatically applied to your account after your Qualifying Plan has been active for 60 days.
These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to Vodafone’s standard terms and conditions for the Qualifying Plan.

Any decisions made by Vodafone regarding eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Vodafone, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Vodafone, its agents or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
There is no cash alternative to the Offer.
Vodafone reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw the Offer, or amend these terms and conditions, at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
You can only claim the Offer once and the Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders and/or combined with any other voucher, offer, discount, or promotional code that may available during the Offer Period.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
