£75 discount voucher towards a Hive Thermostat Mini (17 to 31 December 2025) terms and conditions
Promoter
1. The promoter is Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN (Promoter).
Offer eligibility
2. One (1) promotional code per customer to receive a £75 discount voucher code towards a Hive Thermostat Mini (Promotional Offer), when you purchase a new Home Broadband plan (Qualifying Plan) directly from the Promoter. The purchase can be made online on Vodafone’s broadband page, in store, by phone, or via web chat.
3. Only customers who have received the targeted Hive Thermostat Mini Promotional Offer invitation can claim the Promotional Offer.
4. Home Broadband Essentials plans are excluded from this promotion.
5. Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites are excluded from this promotion.
6. The Qualifying Plan you purchase will be subject to a 24-month minimum contract plan.
7. Promotional Offer is only a £75-off voucher to be redeemed towards a Hive Thermostat Mini. Eligible customers may have to pay more to Hive to acquire the Hive Thermostat Mini.
Offer period
8. You will need to complete your purchase of a Qualifying Plan between 00:01 on 17 December 2025 until 23:59 on 31 December 2025 (Promotional Offer Period).
Eligibility
9. To be eligible for the Promotional Offer you must:
a) be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;
b) purchase a Qualifying Plan within the Promotional Offer Period;
c) be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the Qualifying Plan will be installed; and
d) remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least 14 days after the service activation date of your Qualifying Plan.
10. The Promotional Offer is only available to new Vodafone Home Broadband customers that fulfil the Eligibility Criteria set out in 9 above. Customers upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband plan are not eligible for this Promotional Offer.
11. If you purchase a Qualifying Plan online, the purchase should be completed in one session to ensure the sale is tracked correctly. If, before completing your transaction, you click through to Vodafone from an affiliate site, or navigate away from the Vodafone site, the sale may not track correctly, and you will not qualify for the Promotional Offer. Further, if you use ad-blocking software, a VPN, or have cookies disabled on your device, the sale may not track correctly, and you will not qualify for the Promotional Offer.
How and when to receive the Offer
12. In order to redeem the Promotional Offer, you must provide a valid email address when purchasing a Qualifying Plan.
13. Eligibility for the Promotional Offer will be validated 14 days after activation of a Qualifying Plan. The Promoter will supply the customer with a Hive discount code within forty-two (42) days after the activation of the Qualifying Plan. The Promoter will only consider queries once this 42-day period has passed.
14. When the Promoter has verified your eligibility for the Promotional Offer, the Promoter will send an email to the email address provided by you at the time of purchase with details of how to redeem the Promotional Offer. The confirmation email will contain your promotional code and a link to the Hive Thermostat Mini page.
15. Your promotional code can only be redeemed on the Hive Thermostat Mini page. The promotional code cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of any other product.
16. You only have 60 days to redeem the £75 Promotional Offer discount code from the date of issue until it expires.
17. If you place an order using a promotional code on the Hive Thermostat Mini page, and then return or cancel that order, the promotional code cannot be refunded or re-used.
General
These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to Vodafone’s standard terms and conditions for the Qualifying Plan.
The Promoter reserves the right to charge you the value of the promotional code if it is redeemed, and you thereafter cancel your Vodafone Home Broadband plan within the 14-day cooling-off period for your Qualifying Plan, as described in Vodafone’s terms and conditions and return policy.

The Promotional Offer is subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute the Promotional Offer with another offer of similar value if the Promotional Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Any decisions made by the Promoter over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Promotional Offer are final, will not be open to dispute, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in relation to the Promotional Offer, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
There is no cash alternative to the Promotional Offer.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw the Promotional Offer at any time with immediate effect via the Promoter’s website, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
You can only claim the Promotional Offer once, and the Promotional Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Vodafone Limited’s privacy policy
The Hive Thermostat Mini can only be used in conjunction with a Hive Hub. The Promotional Offer is subject to Hive’s terms and conditions Postage and packing charges will be applied to each item in accordance with standard delivery rates and policies. Additionally, all terms found on the Hive Thermostat Mini page apply to your purchase and use of the Promotional Offer product.
